Information You Submit
A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool goes directly to the third-party provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems. A message sent by email or through a contact method may include your name, address, and the text you provide. We retain it as needed to reply and do not share it outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.

These rights concern data controlled by this site. A Henry County or Missouri public record must be addressed with the agency that holds it under Missouri’s Sunshine Law, RSMo Chapter 610.
